1. Inschrijving - Gebruik het inschrijvingsformulier. De inschrijving sluit op woensdag 9 juni 2010.
1. Entry - Use the entryform. The closingdate is wednesday 9th June 2010.
2. Inschrijfgeld - Het inschrijfgeld wordt door elke organisatie afzonderlijk aangegeven.
2. Entryfee - The entryfee is stated by each organization separately.
3. Inschrijfbevestiging - De inschrijfbevestigingen worden op 11 juni 2010 verzonden. U ontvangt:
- 1 Inrijkaart paddock
- 1 Inrijkaart speciale parkeerplaats
- 4 Toegangskaarten rijders/monteurs
- Starterslijst van uw klasse
- Eventuele aanpassingen tijdsschema
- Indeling paddock
3. Entryconfirmation - The confirmations will be send on June 11th 2010. You will receive:
- 1 Paddockvoucher for your car
- 1 Parkingvoucher for your car
- 4 entry permits for drivers/mechanics
- Startinglists for your series
- Time-tableadjustments, if any
- Lay-out paddock
4. Renbaan - Grand Prix circuit Hockenheimring, 4.574 km.

5. Toegestaan aantal deelnemers - Training 60, race 50.
5. Amount of cars allowed on the track - Practice 50, race 60.
6. Pitboxen - Er zijn in totaal 44 boxen beschikbaar. Eén box voor 2 tot 3 wagens kost € 120 per 24 uur. Een borg voor stroomverbruik van € 20 is inbegrepen. De aanvraag voor boxhuur kan schriftelijk of per fax worden gedaan onder nummer 0711 6071713. Geef hierbij het exacte adres van de coureur en de raceserie aan. De volgorde van binnenkomst van de aanvragen is leidend voor de toewijzingen. Gedurende het hele evenement geldt een snelheidslimiet van 60 km/u in de pitstraat.
6. Pitboxes - There are 44 boxes available. A box can shelter 2 or 3 cars and can be rented for € 120 per 24 hours. A deposit for electricity of € 20 is included. You can appeal by writing or by fax stating number 0711 6071713. Please state the drivers' address and raceseries. The order of appeals is leading. A maximum speed of 60 km/h is valid during the entire event.
7. Geldigheid kaarten - De inrijkaarten voor de auto zijn éénmaal geldig, de toegangskaarten het gehele weekeind.
7. Validity tickets - The vouchers for the passenger cars and/or trucks are valid once only, the entry permits for drivers/mechanics are valid throughout the event.
8. Startopstelling - De deelnemers stellen zich 20 minuten voor hun starttijd op, op aanwijzingen van de sportcomissarissen. Rijders die te laat komen verliezen aanspraak op hun startplaats.
8. Startinggrid - Contestants line up 20 minutes before scheduled time by directions of the stewards. Contestants arriving overdue will lose their position.
9. Klassering - Om geklasseerd te worden dient de rijder 75% van de race-afstand verreden te hebben.
9. Classification - Contestants must have covered 75% of the race-distance to be classified.
10. Het verlaten van de baan - De wedstrijdleiding behoudt zich het recht voor om rijders/auto's die met 4 wielen de baan opzettelijk verlaten, een tijdstraf of een klassementstraf te geven.
10. Leaving the track - drivers/cars who leave the track on purpose with all four wheels can be sanctioned through time or classification.
11. Parc Ferme - Het Parc Ferme bevindt zich onder de starttoren. De niet in het Parc Ferme opgestelde auto's moeten tot het eind van de protesttermijn in de paddock zijn opgesteld en voor controle beschikbaar zijn. In dit geval telt de paddock als Parc Ferme.
11. Parc Ferme - The Parc Ferme is situated under the startingtower. Cars not parked in the Parc Ferme should be lined up in the paddock during the protestwindow. They shoud be available for scrutineering. The paddock will be the Parc Ferme-area in such a case.
12. Prijzen - Voor overwinnaars en ereplaatsen zijn tot 40% van het aantal gestarte deelnemers ereprijzen beschikbaar.
12. Prizegiving - There are prizes available up until 40% of the contestants started.
13. Geluidsdemping - In Hockenheim mag de geluidslimiet van 98 db(A) niet worden overschreden. U wordt noch tot de training, noch tot de wedstrijd toegelaten mocht u deze limiet overschrijden. Er zijn meetinstallaties langs de baan. Protesten worden niet in behandeling genomen.
13. Soundrestriction - In Hockenheim there is a sound-limit of 98 db(A) which may not be exceeded. You will be kept off the track during practice or race if your car exceeds this limit. Protests are not considered.
14. Stilte - Er geldt een verbod op motorgeluid van 22:00 tot 07:00
14. Silence - A complete silence of engines is in place between 22:00 and 07:00.
15. Language - Any objections to the molestation of the beautiful Enlish language as shown above can be expressed on this website's forum. Use of objections on other fora without us knowing will cost you dearly...we will combat you fiercely on track! (if we find out, that is...)
